Is there different types of shower hose?
I have recently had to replace the shower hose on a mixer tap but when i removed the hose and tried to find a replacement for it I found they were all a ‘standard’ size. However, this ‘standard’ hose screws onto the mixer tap unit, but it appears mine screwed into it! I am unable to find anything similar, wondered if anyone had any ideas?!
One possibility I have considered is that the fitting from the mixer tap has become attached to the hose……. in which case I am unable to seperate, so would appreciate being pointed in the right direction…..
Many thanks.

take the new and the old hose to your local hardware store and ask them if there is any kind of an ADAPTER you can use to make the new hose work.
they have adapters for almost any kind of fittings.
good luck to ya.
