Well here is a video of me detecting in the ocean with the Garrett AT Pro. i didnt find much underwater, it was my first time detecting in them big waves so some signals didn’t get dug. all i found was can slaw in the water and on land with the AT PRO i found some clad .. The F75 is great for Dry sand hunting i dug change with it also. for the AT PRO my settings were Pro zero, iron disc at 15 and sens at 4 bars went hunting in the water or went sand. on the dry sand with AT Pro my sensitivity level was at 7 or 8 bars. For the Fisher F75 i use motion all metal sens around 78 or so and i fast grab ever 120 ft or when needed.

Level: Beginner to Intermediate Muscles: Tricep Brachii, Pectoralis, Deltoids Equipment: Vertical Knee Raise Tower Instructions: Step 1: Locate the handle bars on the vertical knee raise tower and grab hold of the bars to lift yourself up until both arms are fully extended. Have your ankles locked together and knees bent. Step 2: Slowly lower your body by relaxing your muscles and bending your elbows until about 90 degrees. Pause at this position and then push back up to the starting position and repeat. Tips: Many machines have weight assistance that helps push you back up.
